I discovered this calling after decades of self-inquiry, exploration and searching.  I used to be afraid that sex was always going to be painful, and I would be burdened and blocked by difficult and painful experiences I had in early life and as a young adult.  I’m grateful and dazzled at my capacity for pleasure, joy, and change..... and it keeps unfolding!   It can for you too!

 

Having a felt sense of my body and noticing and responding to pleasure helps me grow and heal from shame, judgment and trauma.  I've experienced that it's possible to unwind old patterns that no longer serve; for sensation to dawn where there was only numbness; and to build authentic, loving relationships with myself and with others.

I want this for you, too.   I want to help you feel safe in your body, feel more in your body, and orient more toward pleasure.   To witness and honor you and your inner knowing.  To provide , information, resource, and body-based experiences to support you in your journey towards greater happiness, health, and alignment.  

 

What I offer is grounded in my study and certifications in Somatic Sex Education, Sexological Bodywork, and NeuroAffective Touch, all trauma-informed, body-based modalities.  My studies and life experience in Healing Touch/energy medicine, professional Cuddling, Hypnosis, Tantra, kink/BDSM, and music profoundly influence my work, and you can design your journey with me to include any or all of them.   You can read more about some of these on the modalities page.

I came to this healing work after a 30-year career as a mechanical engineer, and bring the curiosity, inquisitiveness and creative problem-solving abilities that allowed me to help people solve complex challenges.  I have one foot in the practical, down-to-earth side of things, which complements my intuition and provides a balance between the intellectual, emotional and spiritual.

The journey into pleasure and following joy is revolutionary and powerful.  It takes courage, safety, and support.  I would like to share what I've learned from my years of study and exploration, to support you on your journey into a life of more pleasure and joy.
