Somatic Sex Educator & Healer

I came to this work through lived experience—through heartbreak, curiosity, healing, and remembering.

Raised in a culture steeped in shame and silence, I spent decades disconnected from my body and my erotic truth. My early sexual experiences were painful. I didn’t begin to truly explore my own desire until I was 32, after my divorce.

 

For years, I carried the fear that intimacy would always be painful… or numb. That my past would always define my capacity for connection.

 

But I kept listening. Kept learning. Kept softening.

 

Alongside a 30-year career as a mechanical engineer, I began to unwind the trauma, judgments, and silence I had inherited.

In 2017, I attended a workshop with Dr. Betty Martin and discovered the Wheel of Consent. Something shifted. I knew I had found my path.

I’ve come to know—deep in my bones—that healing is possible. That numbness can give way to sensation. That pleasure can be a teacher. That we are not broken, just waiting to be met with love, slowness, and choice.

And I want that for you, too.

 

My Approach

I offer a space where your body can be listened to, honored, and gently invited back into aliveness. Where pleasure is welcomed as a healing force. Where trauma is met with care, and where you are always in choice.

Our work may include breath, sound, movement, touch, hypnosis, energy work, and deep listening. It is guided by your intentions and supported by my training in trauma-informed somatic healing, energy medicine, and conscious intimacy.
