You can use hypnosis anytime, to relax, feel good and rehearse new responses to situations that now cause anxiety. It's a wonderful, effective tool for stress relief and anxiety reduction, as well as managing change.

In hypnosis, you can experience feeling just the way you want to feel, behaving exactly the way you want to be, and changing what you want to be different.

The brain generally does not distinguish between real and imagined events. So, when you imagine feeling better, or having a fabulous experience, your brain is rehearsing this positive state of mind while in trance, generating a feel-good neurochemical response. This makes it easier to change a negative or undesired response if it happens to creep up in the future.

There’s a lot of misinformation about hypnosis, but it's actually a state that you experience already. It happens naturally. Hypnosis is a focused state of awareness, where your subconscious mind is more receptive than usual. It’s like guided imagery or meditation for the subconscious mind.

I'm offering a safe, welcoming place to explore hypnosis, each Thursday evening at 8:15-9 pm Eastern. At Trance on Thursdays, you'll be safely guided into a hypnotic state. It's deeply relaxing. A place to rehearse new responses to situations that now cause you anxiety or stress. To access inner-knowing and commune with the wise parts of your subconscious for insight and guidance around situations that have been confounding. You'll also learn how to do self-hypnosis quickly and easily, so that you can integrate this powerful tool to change things you want to change, while feeling incredibly relaxed and just really good!
